Nekomimi|TSG Mesh Head Review

Hello peeps! Today, Inuoko is cosplaying with her new Nekomimi, as well as her new Mesh Head by The Sugar Garden!! <3

*Waves really quickly* I'm very excited! I have gotten some new goodies that really just tickle my insides! <3

Nekomimi (Cat Ears): Remarkable Oblivion - Meowjesty Headband - Very Recently released by RO is this super cute mesh nekomimi! D'awwwhhh!!! I couldn't help but buy this immediately, even though my inventory very much lacks the color red. Who cares!? Too Cute! If you inspect both images in this post, you can see how i'm wearing the nekomimi as "ears" and as a "headband". ;) Included are two fur colors: black, white.

Mesh Head: The Sugar Garden [X] - Dakota Mesh Hybrid Avatar - C Tone - Released yesterday by The Sugar Garden is this super kawaii, anime-style mesh head! <3

Starting off with the features, it is quite easy to tell that this mesh head is Japanese/anime inspired. The key detail are the large eye sockets, which give you that wide-eyed anime girl sort of look. I VERY much love this idea! If you're not very much into anime/kawaii wide-eyed girls...this head may not suit your tastes. But of course you like that sort of stuff, right? You're on MY blog of all places!

Before I continue any further, I would like to point out that each skin tone is sold separately! Moving on...

Included: Upon unpacking your new mesh head, you notice that you receive...
- Instruction Notecard (Eng/Jap/Esp)
- Mesh Head (Empty Eye Sockets)
- Full Perm Shape
- 2 matching skins (Bust/No Bust)
- HUD

Instruction Notecard: I suggest, before anything, you open up the instruction notecard so that you know what to do in order to make this mesh head suited to your liking. I'm serious, people. Read it. It's quite brief, and will save you a ton of headache.

The notecard tells you what shape-values you should change in order to make the mesh head fit your normal avatar shape. Of course, you're welcome to wear the included full perm shape, but i'm sure you probably would prefer your own shape because you wont have to re-adjust facial items such as piercings. You can probably do one of two things: Follow the notecard and change the values on your own shape so that your new mesh head fits accurately, or copy the values of your normal shape over to the included shape. I think that the notecard method is faster. :P

Mesh Head + Skins: Now that you've READ THE NOTECARD and know what you're doing, you can put on your mesh head and one of the included skins. As I mentioned at the beginning, you get one Luminere skintone, in bust (shown)/no bust options. Tweak to your liking.

Eyes: "Why are there no eyeballs included Inu!?". Well, that's easy; you don't need any. This mesh head allows you to use your system (or default) eyes! I very much love this feature! It is highly recommended that you use large eyes though! Small ones look funny...Don't know where to get large eyes from? TSG sells some large ones!

HUD: Last but not least, the package contains a HUD. The hud gives you 6 different facial expressions, as well as 6 different makeups. Here's a preview of some of those options:

If you look closely, you can see that, depending on which makeup option you choose, it not only changes the lipgloss, but the cheek blush as well. It is a subtle, but cute feature.

Makeup: Nudey Angel, Candy Doll, Au' Naturale, Lovely Lilac, Kewpie Cutie, Princess Peach

Other Notable Features: 
- You can wear your own eyelashes! (shown)
- You can wear rigged-mesh hair!
- Matches perfectly with other TSG body products such as hands (shown), feet, etc.
