Hey peeps! Today, Inu is...erm...well, I will explain after the cut-off, promise! What I WILL say now is that I found some more newness that will be perfect for valentines day! Did I mention, free hair? <3

Glad to be blogging two days in a row! Lol, i'm still remembering last week. I didn't intend to take such a break, but i'm glad I did. I got a chance to actually sit back in SL a bit. It was nice. But, by the time the weekend came around, I felt blogger-depraved!!! Ugh.
Moving on...At the last minute, I decided to make Inu's outfit a bit...darker. Darker not only in color, but theme as well. I was thinking that today she would be a bit symbolic. This girl, with a seemingly innocent face, doesn't seem so innocent in other aspects. Her dress is pulled down, stockings torn; surely a sign of sexual acts. Maybe even a little forced. Not exactly rape, but extreme pressure. A situation where she could have said no, but like many young girls in our society these days, they feel as if they HAVE to provide sexual favors for their boyfriend. She wasn't ready for this. Her leash-less collar symbolizes how she feels like she is his slave, even though she could walk away if she had the emotional strength to leave him. She also wears a cross around her neck; another sign of her trying to be innocent. Perhaps, her innocence was lost somewhere down the line. Something she wears to try and feel pure like she did before she met him. She is very torn inside because of the way she views society. She is very torn inside because she feels trapped inside her own head. She has become a monster inside; cold, dark, alone. We live in such an ugly world.

And one day, she snaps...The darkness is released.

Sadly, I've seen this situation all too much. I think many girls can relate to this; even if it isn't sex, it is stuff that we don't really want to do just yet in a relationship, but are pressured. Pressured either by the guy, or society itself. I think this is a big part of the reason why girls are loosing their virginity so soon; because everyone in their class are either having sex, or saying they are. It's the fear of being the one left out, the outcast. I've heard so many people say that "i'm unique!", yet they dress and act like their peers. What does unique really mean, and in today's society can we really be unique without being mentally damaged in the process? Will their ever be a day when true uniqueness wont be stomped on and crushed by those who pretend to be unique?
