Thanksgiving 2011

It's already wayyy past my bedtime...even for a blog night! Ow!

I really just wanted to say Happy Thanksgiving everyone. :)

Kyle and I spent real life and second life together this Thanksgiving. It was our first Thanksgiving together. :) He sat down at the dinner table (that I cleaned and decorated ;) ), said a prayer over our meal (because even though I was tired of the usual "everyone eat Thanksgiving dinner behind a laptop and/or watch TV", I was too shy to say grace.), ate two helpings of food as well as what I didn't finish, before we all one by one rolled ourselves away from the table to resume our normal lives..just extra tired from stuffing ourselves. Laptop action resumed, and the Television was turned back on. It was almost as if we never sat at the table; all those jokes and short stories told seem to fade away into a distant memory as sleep slowly began to overwhelm...most of us. Kyle didn't snooze. He stayed up reading manga on his laptop instead while I snoozed peacefully. Why you ask? Well, like many men, Kyle snores. But he was so sweet for letting me get a good rest, staying awake so that I wouldn't be burdened by his loud snores. I'm a light sleeper too; it makes it quite difficult to sleep when he is. He's so sweet for letting me sleep, thank you so much baby <3

I must say..This has probably been the best Thanksgiving i've ever had. I've had plenty to be Thankful for. :)
